通过再生混凝土拉拔试验,分析再生骨料取代率、钢筋类型、再生混凝土强度等级对极限黏结强度的影响,回归得出包含再生骨料取代率因子的极限黏结强度表达式,分析表明:计算值与试验结果吻合较好。对比分析不同研究单位对再生混凝土极限黏结强度的影响结果,认为不宜将再生骨料取代率作为探讨再生骨料对黏结性能影响的唯一因素,尚需考虑再生骨料材性差异以及天然骨料与再生骨料间的骨料耦合效应,并定义了极限黏结强度增大系数。分析表明:钢筋类型对极限黏结强度的影响最大,钢筋直径的影响次之,混凝土强度等级的影响较小,普通混凝土的极限黏结强度普遍稍大于再生骨料取代率为100%时的极限黏结强度。最后,初步给出钢筋锚固长度的建议取值方法。

Finally, the recommended value of the initial length of the steel reinforcement is given.
