湖北境内由于优良的自然环境而盛产各类名贵药材,其中贝母产量(干货)居全国第三位,经济价值高,药农种一亩贝母可收入3000～5000元,但近年来贝母烂种问题非常严重,一般损种20～30%,严重者可绝产失收,已成为影响鄂西自治州贝母高产稳产和进一步发展的主要障碍。为此,我们从1984年起,通过对建始、宣恩、鹤峰三县的病烂鳞茎,进行PDA平板组织分离和接菌、回接试验。结果证明,
