在量-效和时-效关系上,醋氨酚(Par)ip能加速肝脏丙二本醛(MDA)生成,增加血清MDA含量,同时提高血清丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)活性。相关分析结果表明,血清MDA含量的增加与上清ALT活性变化之间存在正相关。抗氧化剂阿魏酸钠能减轻Par所致上述指标的改变。
In the dose-effect and time-effect relationship, Par ip can accelerate the formation of malondialdehyde (MDA) in the liver, increase the content of serum MDA and increase the activity of alanine aminotransferase (ALT). Correlation analysis showed that there was a positive correlation between the increase of serum MDA and the change of ALT activity in supernatant. Antioxidant sodium ferulate can reduce Par induced changes in the above indicators.
