以混合碳四烃为原料 ,分别考察了活化气和高径比对ZnNi/HZSM -5催化剂芳构化性能的影响 ,考察了催化剂的重复性和稳定性。实验结果表明 :( 1 )活化气 (空气、氦气和氮气 )预处理催化剂对反应性能影响不明显 ,而用氢气预处理的催化剂其芳构化活性最高 ;( 2 )高径比对芳构化性能影响不很显著 ,但对液相产物的分布有影响 ;( 3)在温度 50 0℃、WHSV =1 .0h- 1条件下 ,芳烃收率可高达 54% ,反应 2 50h后 ,活性下降一半 ,显示出该催化剂较高的稳定性 ;经两次再生后 ,催化剂的活性均未发生变化 ,表明该催化剂具有较强的重复性 ,显示出ZnNi/HZSM -5用于混合碳四烃芳构化具有较高的工业应用价值。
The effects of activation gas and height-diameter ratio on the aromatization of ZnNi / HZSM-5 catalysts were investigated respectively by mixing carbon tetra-hydrocarbon. The repeatability and stability of the catalysts were investigated. The experimental results show that: (1) The pretreatment of activated gas (air, helium and nitrogen) has no significant effect on the reaction performance, while the catalyst pretreated with hydrogen has the highest aromatization activity; (2) (3) Under the conditions of temperature 50 ℃, WHSV = 1.0h-1, the yield of aromatics can reach as high as 54%. After the reaction for 50h, the activity Decreased by half, showing a high stability of the catalyst; after two regeneration, the catalyst activity did not change, indicating that the catalyst has a strong repeatability, ZnNi / HZSM -5 shows that the mixture of carbon tetrachlorethylene Aromatization has high industrial application value.
