本文提出用硫酸——硝酸——高氯酸湿法氧化消解处理样品,以原子吸收直接比较测定钴的方法。试验确定了仪器最佳工作条件,对方法的准确度和测量精度作了考察。钴含量从250 PPM到0.15%间试样六次重复消解测定的相对标准偏差约±2%。试验样品用消解法得到的结果与萃取后用原子吸收测定的结果基本相符合。该方法简便可靠。
This paper presents a method for the direct comparison and determination of cobalt by atomic absorption using sulfuric acid - nitric acid - perchloric acid wet oxidation digestion samples. Experiments determine the best working conditions of the instrument, the accuracy of the method and the measurement accuracy were investigated. The relative standard deviation of the determination of six repeated digestion samples with a cobalt content from 250 PPM to 0.15% was about ± 2%. The results obtained by the digestion method of the test sample are basically in accordance with the results of the atomic absorption spectrometry after the extraction. The method is simple and reliable.
