近年来,社会经济的高速发展和社会的飞速进步为中小企业的发展带来了更多的发展机遇,而中小企业的发展对带动就业和刺激社会需求,以及促进社会经济的发展具有非常重要的作用。但是,中小企业本身存在的缺陷和问题也在发展过程中逐渐暴露出来,其中不合理的人力资源规划是目前所面临的最大困境。人才作为当今企业竞争的关键和核心,高素质人才是企业在激烈的市场竞争中占据一席之地的关键。
In recent years, the rapid social and economic development and the rapid social progress have brought more opportunities for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The development of small and medium-sized enterprises is very important for bringing employment and stimulating social needs and promoting social and economic development effect.
