本文主要明确了政府采购及政府区域采购的涵义及方式,介绍了我国政府区域采购的发展历程与特点,重点分析了近十年来我国政府区域采购市场及北京政府区域采购市场的发展规模与现状,通过现状分析从而对中小企业在此背景下的特点与发展方向进行了分析并提出了相关建议。
