近几年,数控技术的应用越来越广泛,以大规模集成电路为标志的数控设备已在我国大量引进和大批生产。数控机床的推广应用,促进了我国机械制造业的发展,并带来了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。实际的生产过程中,任何一台数控车床通常都是由多种控制设备共同完成的,它们相对独立又彼此关联。运行中,任何一种控制都必须准确无误地工作,才能保证整个数控设备的安全生产。因此,对数控系统这样原理复杂、结构精密的装置进行快速维修就显得异常重要了。
In recent years, the application of numerical control technology is more and more widespread. The numerical control equipment marked by large-scale integrated circuits has been introduced and mass-produced in China. The popularization and application of CNC machine tools have promoted the development of China’s machinery manufacturing industry and brought tremendous economic and social benefits. The actual production process, any one of the CNC lathes are usually completed by a variety of control equipment, they are relatively independent and associated with each other. In operation, any kind of control must work accurately, in order to ensure the safety of the entire numerical control equipment. Therefore, it is extremely important for CNC system to have such complicated principle and fast structure maintenance.
