目的研究四维彩超在产前胎儿畸形筛查中的应用价值,提高诊断率。方法回顾分析1362例18~23孕周中晚期胎儿常规行二维和四维彩超检查,对不同方法的检查结果进行分析。结果本组资料中1362例发现胎儿畸形4例,漏诊1例,畸形胎儿检出率0.367%。结论随着影像技术的飞跃发展,筛查胎儿畸形是一项重要的产检项目,超声检测,准确率高,可以反复多次诊断,追查,做出准确的诊断。
Objective To study the value of four-dimensional ultrasound in prenatal fetal malformation screening and to improve the diagnostic rate. Methods Retrospective analysis of 1362 cases of gestational age from 18 to 23 gestational week routine two-dimensional and four-dimensional color Doppler ultrasound examination of the results of different methods were analyzed. Results In this study, 1362 cases of fetal malformations were found in 4 cases and 1 case was missed. The detection rate of abnormal fetus was 0.367%. Conclusion With the rapid development of imaging technology, fetal malformation screening is an important production test. Ultrasound testing has high accuracy and can be repeatedly diagnosed and traced to make accurate diagnosis.
