在实验研究中,用角膜钻人工造成家兔脑损伤,然后覆盖二层冻干辐照人羊膜。术后两个月,治疗组动物脑电图正常,无一例发生抽搐。对照组(即没覆盖羊膜者),半数动物出现脑电图异常和阵发性抽搐。尸体解剖可见脑和周围皮下组织粘连,对照组较实验治疗组更为明显。收治脑挫裂伤患者26例。14人常规治疗,12人在脑损伤处及周围组织覆盖两层人羊膜,随访期间没有发生癫痫,脑电图正常;对照组4例发生癫痫,脑电图有某些异常。
In the experimental study, rabbit brain injury was caused by drilling with a cornea, then the second layer of freeze-dried irradiated human amniotic membrane was covered. Two months after surgery, the animals in the treatment group had normal EEG and no convulsion occurred in any of them. Control group (ie, who did not cover the amniotic membrane), half of the animals were abnormal EEG and paroxysmal convulsions. The autopsy showed that the brain and surrounding subcutaneous tissue adhesion, the control group was more obvious than the experimental treatment group. 26 cases of brain contusion and laceration were treated. 14 routine treatment, 12 people in the brain injury and surrounding tissue covered two layers of human amniotic membrane, no epilepsy during follow-up, normal EEG; 4 cases of epilepsy in the control group, there are some abnormal EEG.
