本研究采用问卷调查和访谈法,对浙江省部分聋校和正在筹建的浙江特殊教育职业学院的听力障碍学生及部分骨干教师进行调查,了解浙江省听力障碍学生中高等职业教育的衔接状况。结果表明:浙江省听力障碍学生中高等职业教育缺乏有效衔接,具体表现为:(1)培养目标定位不清,影响了专业及课程设置的合理性;(2)教学内容重复与断档现象并存,影响了教学质量;(3)教学方法雷同,实践教学重视程度参差不齐,影响了听力障碍学生的学习兴趣和效果。建议:浙江省教育行政管理部门应完善体制建设,积极统筹听力障碍学生中高等职业教育,推进中高等职业学校联合办学,建立健全听力障碍学生职业教育课程衔接体系,推进专业课程内容和职业标准相衔接。
This study investigated the hearing impaired students and some key teachers in some deaf schools in Zhejiang Province and Zhejiang Special Education Vocational College under construction by means of questionnaire and interviews to find out the connection between higher vocational education of students with hearing impairment in Zhejiang Province. The results show that the lack of effective connection between secondary and senior vocational education of students with hearing impairment in Zhejiang Province is manifested in the following aspects: (1) the orientation of training objectives is unclear, affecting the rationality of major and curricula; (2) Affecting the quality of teaching; (3) the teaching methods are the same, the emphasis of practice teaching is uneven, affecting the learning interest and effect of hearing impaired students. Suggestions: Zhejiang Provincial Department of Education should improve the system construction, actively co-ordinate the higher vocational education of hearing-impaired students, promote the joint running of higher vocational schools, establish and improve the convergence system of vocational education for students with hearing impairment, and promote the contents of professional courses and professional standards Cohesion.
