1.前言近年来,对于在表面热处理中,应用复合处理以发挥表面所具特定机械性能的复合表面热处理进行了广泛的研究。一部分成果已转入实用化。可以期望,今后还将进一步发展。二硼化钛(TiB_2)是硬度极高(约Hv3400)且具有很好耐热性的化合物,可望作为新的工具或耐热材料的原材料。如果能在钢的表面上形成这种二硼化钛薄膜,则可望将其用作耐磨或耐热材料。目前,据报导已用CVD法得到了良好的结果,
1. INTRODUCTION In recent years, extensive studies have been conducted on the use of composite treatments in surface heat treatment to provide composite surface heat treatment with specific mechanical properties on the surface. Some achievements have been put into practical use. It can be expected that further development will be made in the future. Titanium diboride (TiB 2) is a very high hardness (about Hv3400) and has good heat resistance of the compound, is expected as a new tool or heat-resistant materials, raw materials. If this titanium diboride film can be formed on the surface of steel, it is expected to be used as a wear-resistant or heat-resistant material. At present, it has been reported that good results have been obtained by the CVD method,
