引言 ICP—原子发射光谱法(AES)具有灵敏度高、精确度好、基体效应小、选择性高、标准曲线线性范围宽等优点,近年来被广泛应用于各种样品如土壤、食品,生物样品等常量和微量元素测定,而把它用于硅酸盐全分析,在国内还没有得到开发。硅酸盐分析通常采用化学法,分光法,这些方法周期长、操作繁琐、微量元素测定误差大,对于一些组成复杂的制品如含有锆、铪、锡等测定困难,采用ICP—AES法可以分析硅酸盐制品耳的Si、Al、Fe、Ti、Ca、Mg、B、Zr、Hf、K、Na等元素,相对误差在±3%之内。
