根据能量平衡原理,以各站的升压值作为决策变量,以全线的总动力费用为目标函数,建立了等温输油管道优化运行的数学模型;采用动态规划方法,利用管道进出站压头的约束条件,确定了各站的供给能量,进而获得全线各站升压值的最佳组合,制定运行优化方案。以大庆-锦西原油管道为例,对运行方案最优工况的确定方法和过程进行说明,并获得了经济合理的运行参数,可为制定管道运行优化方案提供技术支持。
According to the principle of energy balance, taking the boost value of each station as a decision variable and the total power cost of the whole line as the objective function, a mathematical model for optimizing the operation of isothermal pipeline is established. By using dynamic programming method, Conditions, to determine the supply of energy at each station, and then get across the board the best combination of the value of each station to develop operational optimization program. Taking the Daqing-Jinxi crude oil pipeline as an example, the method and process of determining the optimal operating conditions of the operation scheme are described, and the economic and rational operating parameters are obtained, which can provide technical support for the formulation of pipeline operation optimization schemes.
