目的:建立HPLC测定小儿消积止咳口服液中辛弗林、氢溴酸槟榔碱含量的方法。方法:Symmetry C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm;5μm),流动相乙腈-甲醇-0.1%冰醋酸溶液(每1 000 mL含磷酸二氢钾0.6 g,十二烷基磺酸钠1.0 g)(15∶30∶55),检测波长215 nm。结果:辛弗林、氢溴酸槟榔碱分别在0.281 5~2.815,0.040 16~0.401 6μg呈良好的线性关系,回收率分别为97.1%(RSD 1.4%),100%(RSD 1.3%)。结论:该法简便、测定准确、灵敏度高,分离效果好,能用于该品种的质量评价。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of synephrine and arecoline hydrobromide in Xiaoer Xiaoji Zhike Oral Liquid by HPLC. METHODS: Symmetry C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm; 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-methanol-0.1% glacial acetic acid solution (0.6 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1.0 g sodium dodecyl sulfate per 1 000 mL) (15:30:55), detection wavelength 215 nm. Results: Synephrine and arecoline hydrobromide showed good linearity in the range of 0.281 5 ~ 2.815 and 0.040 16 ~ 0.401 6μg respectively. The recoveries were 97.1% (RSD 1.4%) and 100% (RSD 1.3%), respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, sensitive, good separation effect, and can be used for the quality evaluation of the variety.
