目的:探究与分析综合护理干预对垂体瘤假包膜囊外切除患者应激反应指标及炎症指标的影响。方法:选取我院自2014年6月至2016年6月收治的90例垂体瘤假包膜囊外切除患者,采取随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组各45例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理干预,对比两组应激反应指标、炎症指标及生活质量。结果:对照组手术后与手术前相比HR、SBP及RPP均升高,对照组手术后与观察组手术后相比HR、SBP及RPP均较高,观察组手术后与对照组手术相比HR、SBP及RPP改变的幅度较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组手术后与手术前相比IL-6、IL-8及IL-10水平降低,观察组手术后与对照组手术后相比IL-6、IL-8及IL-10水平降低更加显著,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组相比角色功能、躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能评分均较高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对垂体瘤假包膜囊外切除患者实施综合护理干预,能够降低应激反应及炎症反应,提高患者术后生活质量。
Objective: To explore and analyze the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on stress response index and inflammation index of pituitary adenoma in extracapsular cystectomy. Methods: Ninety cases of pituitary adenocarcinoma underwent extracapsular cystectomy in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group and control group Given routine care, the observation group were given comprehensive nursing intervention, compared with two groups of stress response indicators, inflammation indicators and quality of life. Results: The HR, SBP and RPP of the control group were significantly higher than those before the operation. The HR, SBP and RPP of the control group after operation were significantly higher than those of the control group HR, SBP and RPP changes in the lower range, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in the two groups after operation were significantly lower than those before operation. The levels of IL-6, IL-8 and IL-10 in the observation group after operation were significantly lower than those in the control group The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the scores of role, body, psychology and social function in observation group were higher than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The comprehensive nursing intervention on pituitary adenocarcinoma patients can reduce the stress response and inflammatory reaction, and improve the postoperative quality of life.
