该种近年从美国引入,植株矮,直立型。其部分枝多,株高60厘米左右,每枝可结英10余条,每条长40余厘米,条重22～24.5克,豆荚洁白、着粒密、其味鲜嫩。鲜豆荚亩产2000公斤以上,高达3000公斤。在肥水充足的条件下,如管理得好、产量高于之豇28-2。其表现为:植株直立、富有弹性、耐肥、耐旱涝、不倒伏、抗风力强、不需搭架、置种、播种期长、抗病害、适种地区广之特点。由于它不需搭架,每亩可节约近吨的竹木用量。既省成本,又省劳力,特别是对缺少竹木的地区更是较为理想、值得推广的优良高产无支架豇豆新品种。其种植方法如下:
