推出“六项工程”是通过项目工程式的实施方式,全面推进试点工作。“六项工程”的内容紧扣试点工作的关键环节,涵盖了试点工作的方方面面。目的是全面推动和深化试点工作,树立试点工作在西安电大系统中的核心地位;在办学思想、设施条件、队伍建设、教学资源、社会声誉等各方面为西安电大的长远发展奠定坚实的基础;通过三到四年的实施,初步构建具有自身特色的西安电大现代远程教育体系,使西安电大真正成为区域性的现代远程教育主力军,实现创强建佳的奋斗目标。
