在国人意识中,“公家”是一个具有“历史意义”的词汇。它曾经成为评判人们思想道德水平的准则和指导社会行为的标尺,影响过几代人的命运。后来,随着社会转型,原有价值体系和政策体制的分解,在久被“公家”压抑之后,对“个人价值”的追求引导了社会价值的主流。而有关“公共”的意识被抛弃在市场经济“规律”的大路旁,只是偶或被需要“秀”一把的人们当作点缀的野花。
In the consciousness of the people, “public ” is a “historic ” vocabulary. It used to be a criterion for judging people’s moral standards and a gauge of social behavior, affecting the fate of generations. Later, with the social transformation, the original value system and the decomposition of the policy system, the pursuit of “personal value ” has led the mainstream of social values after being depressed by “public ” for a long time. The awareness of “public ” is discarded in the market economy “law ” of the road, but even the people who need “show ” a person as embellishment of wildflowers.
