1983年7月,经广东省宝安县政府批准,宝安县联合投资公司实行“入股自愿、退股自由,保本、付息、分红”的方式向社会招股集资,首次共集资130多万元,改革开放后我国的第一支股票“深宝安”由此诞生。当年,时任中共中央总书记的胡耀邦曾是发行这一支股票的提议者,而且他和新中国最早实行股份制的出版社——中国青年出版社有着密切的关系。
