结合水镁石纤维混凝土在高速公路段、农村公路段的试验路工程研究成果进行对比分析,探讨合适的水镁石纤维混凝土制备工艺,并做一定的经济分析。对比分析结果表明:与干法制备工艺相比,相同强度混凝土路面湿法制备工艺纤维分散效果更佳,有效降低材料成本。在配合比设计中,建议优选合适的水胶比从而达到最佳性价比。在路面工程中,水镁石纤维混凝土较钢纤维混凝土、普通混凝土更具有性价比优势。
Based on the comparison of the research results of brucite fiber reinforced concrete in the experimental roads in expressway section and rural highway section, the suitable preparation technology of brucite fiber reinforced concrete and the economic analysis are also discussed. The results of comparative analysis show that compared with the dry process, the wet strength of the same strength concrete pavement wetting process is better and the fiber cost is reduced. In the mix design, it is recommended to optimize the appropriate ratio of water to glue so as to achieve the best price. In pavement engineering, brucite fiber reinforced concrete is more cost-effective than steel fiber concrete and ordinary concrete.
