本文根据国内外关于企业文化对管理效能影响的理论研究成果,结合中建三局东北分公司的管理实践。本文对中建三局东北分公司员工的企业文化和个体角色管理效能的案例进行了研究设计。然后根据问卷数据的收集和处理,对企业文化量表和角色管理效能量表的信效度进行分析。并对中建三局东北分公司员工的企业文化和管理效能的关系进行相关性分析和回归分析。
According to the theoretical research results on the influence of corporate culture on management efficiency at home and abroad, this paper combines the management practices of Northeast Branch of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. This article studies and designs the case studies on the corporate culture and individual role management effectiveness of employees in Northeast Branch of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau. Then according to the collection and processing of the questionnaire data, the validity and reliability of the enterprise culture scale and role management effectiveness scale are analyzed. The correlation analysis and regression analysis were conducted on the relationship between the corporate culture and management effectiveness of employees in Northeast Branch of China Construction Third Engineering Bureau.
