1 工程概况水口水电站2×500t垂直升船机是枢纽的重要建筑物之一,提升高度64.5m。它位于整个枢纽右岸,并立于已建的三级船闸右侧,属大型垂直升船机。该工程的塔楼上、下提升段,上、下平衡重段,交通楼梯段EL1.5m以上及下闸首段EL4.5m以上部分土建工程由水电十二局升华工程公司承建。2 施工方案选择升船机塔楼高73.5m,为薄壁结构。设计要求在整个塔楼总高度范围内形体偏差值必须小于12mm,砼内部密实,表面平整光洁。施工方案的选择直接关系到工程施工的成败。全部采用常规立模浇筑显然无法满足施工进度要求。根据塔楼形体特点,首先考虑到滑模方案。升华工程公司具有滑模施工的丰富经验,在水口电站尾水闸墩、栏污栅等滑模施工中曾取得过好成绩。但滑模工艺本身
