对于求职者来说,在应聘外资企业时,一份规范的英文简历必不可少,其不仅体现着求职者的个人信息、能力以及资历,而且在一定程度上反映了求职者的英文水平和跨文化交际意识。本文的分析着重于中文简历中文本的英译以及英文简历的特点与规范,并针对以上问题提出解决对策。
For job-seekers, a standardized English resume is essential when applying for a foreign-funded enterprise. It not only reflects the personal information, abilities and qualifications of job-seekers, but also reflects the applicant’s proficiency in English and cross-cutting Cultural Communication Consciousness. The analysis of this article focuses on the English translation of the Chinese resume and the characteristics and norms of the English resume, and puts forward solutions to the above problems.
