“What am I” is a common-sense text in Volume Four of Primary 4, which uses vivid, figurative and precise language to illustrate various changes in water. When I was studying this text, I carefully analyzed the children's knowledge base and acceptance level. For water, although children are exposed from time to time in their daily lives, they are only part-time fragments of incomplete understanding. The requirements of the text not only require students to initially understand the various changes in water and the simple causes of clouds, rain and hail, But also to know the different dynamics of water in different places on the ground, as well as the close relationship between water and human life, so that children know that we will come up with ways to control the water and call it to do good for us. I think a lot of work must be done to get children to master these relatively basic systems of knowledge. Here's how I teach this lesson.
