一、职业技能鉴定中质量控制和监管机制问题分析(一)评价方式固定,无法满足多元评定需要从整体的职业技能鉴定方式和鉴定机制来看,一般采用题库抽题考试的模式.具体而言,首先,题库考查的内容大部分属于基本的技能要求内容,而对不同层级或者新型设备、技能的实用方法评价方式较少.其次,专业考核一般由考评员进行评价,主观性较大,而专业考核人员不一定是一线的工作人员,因此其评价标准也无法作为考核的统一标准.
