目的了解全自动持续正压呼吸机(Auto-CPAP)干预对脑梗死急性期合并OSAHS患者糖代谢的影响。方法选择既往无糖尿病史急性脑梗死合并OSAHS患者,随机分为Auto-CPAP治疗组和非治疗组,比较治疗2周后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖情况。结果两组病人在性别、年龄以及体重指数等方面,差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。治疗组经呼吸机治疗后空腹血糖及餐后2 h血糖较治疗前明显好转,优于对照组(P﹤0.05)。结论 Auto-CPAP干预可明显降低脑梗死急性期合并OSAHS患者糖代谢。
Objective To investigate the effect of automatic continuous positive pressure ventilator (Auto-CPAP) on glucose metabolism in acute cerebral infarction patients with OSAHS. Methods Patients with no history of acute cerebral infarction complicated with OSAHS without diabetes were randomly divided into Auto-CPAP treatment group and non-treatment group. Fasting plasma glucose and 2-hour postprandial blood glucose were compared after 2 weeks of treatment. Results There was no significant difference in gender, age and body mass index between the two groups (P> 0.05). Fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose in treatment group were significantly better than those before treatment after treatment with ventilator, which was better than that of control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Auto-CPAP intervention can significantly reduce the acute cerebral infarction patients with OSAHS glycometabolism.
