本文从党的十八届六中全会通过的《中国共产党党内监督条例》关于舆论监督的规定出发,解析了条例对新闻媒体开展舆论监督的指导精神,并结合近年正反两方面的相关事例,分析了党内监督与舆论监督的特点与关系,得出需要公权部门和媒体两方面共同努力,党内监督和舆论监督才可以做到双赢的结论。为开展舆论监督报道提供了新的理论与实践视角。
Based on the regulations on supervision of public opinion adopted by the Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, this article analyzes the directives of the Regulations on the supervision of public opinion by the news media. Combining the positive and negative examples in recent years Analyzes the characteristics and relations between the supervision within the party and the supervision by the public opinion and concludes that both the public authorities and the media need joint efforts so that both the supervision within the party and the supervision by the public can achieve a win-win conclusion. It provides a new theoretical and practical perspective for the supervision and reporting of public opinion.
