本文利用国家知识产权局中国专利数据库,对1985年以来中国潮汐能相关专利进行了定量和定性分析,从专利的数量发展趋势、国别及省市分布、专利申请类型、法律状态、技术领域等多个角度,综合分析了我国潮汐能领域专利技术发展状况,并介绍了主要专利权人及专利技术内容,最后,提出了关于我国潮汐能发展的对策及建议。 This paper uses the Chinese Patent Database of State Intellectual Property Office to quantitatively and qualitatively analyze tidal energy related patents in China since 1985 from the quantitative development trend of patents, the distribution of countries and provinces, the types of patent applications, the legal status and the technical fields From multiple perspectives, this paper analyzes the development of patented technology in tidal energy field in our country, introduces the main patentees and the content of patented technology, and finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of tidal energy in our country.
