恒山特长隧道2011年2月27日在ZK88+907位置发生塌方,ZK88+854~ZK88+902段二次衬砌出现严重的超、侵限变形,二次衬砌侵入净空最大达25cm,仰拱出现开裂变形,衬砌整体移位且地表山坡拉张与剪切裂缝发育范围不断扩大,影响到隧道结构安全。主要对该隧道病害的特征、形成原因及综合处治方案进行了论述,经过监控量测表明,隧道已处于稳定状态,取得了良好的治理效果,为隧道病害治理提供了有效的参考依据。
