神经酰胺为细胞神经鞘脂类代谢的主要分子 ,是介导细胞凋亡的第二信使。细胞神经酰胺糖基化能力的提高作为一种新的多药耐药机制受到人们的关注。神经酰胺与葡萄糖神经酰胺在细胞内的相互转化影响肿瘤细胞对化疗药的敏感性 ,抑制神经酰胺糖基化 ,提高细胞内神经酰胺的蓄积 ,可以诱导多药耐药细胞凋亡。神经酰胺与葡萄糖神经酰胺在细胞内的相互转化影响肿瘤细胞对化疗药的敏感性 ,抑制神经酰胺糖基化为逆转肿瘤细胞耐药性的新思路。
Ceramide is the main molecule of cell sphingolipid metabolism and is the second messenger of apoptosis. As a new multidrug resistance mechanism, the improvement of cell ceramide glycosylation attracts people’s attention. The conversion of ceramide and glucose ceramide intracellularly affects the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs, inhibits the ceramide glycosylation, enhances the accumulation of intracellular ceramide, and can induce multidrug resistance cell apoptosis. The conversion of ceramide and glucosylceramide in cells affects the sensitivity of tumor cells to chemotherapeutic drugs and inhibits the ceramide glycosylation as a new idea to reverse the drug resistance of tumor cells.
