目的:研究北京地区野生北柴胡种质资源的遗传多样性,对其遗传分化进行分析。方法:应用叶绿体DNA psb A-trn H序列对北京地区4个居群的野生北柴胡进行遗传多样性分析。结果:北京地区野生北柴胡种质资源包括6种不同的单倍型,单倍型遗传多样性指数(h)为(0.488±0.082),核苷酸多样性指数(π)为0.00236,遗传分化系数(Gst)为0.35476,种群间基因流(Nm)为0.45。结论:北京地区野生北柴胡种质资源遗传多样性较高,但部分地区柴胡遗传多样性较低,急需加强柴胡属野生资源的科学保护与质量评价。
Objective: To study the genetic diversity of wild Bupleurum germplasm resources in Beijing and to analyze its genetic differentiation. Methods: The genetic diversity of wild Bupleurum wild Bupleurum in four populations in Beijing was analyzed using chloroplast DNA psb A-trn H sequence. Results: The germplasm resources of wild Bupleurum scoparium in Beijing included 6 different haplotypes. The haplotype diversity index (h) was (0.488 ± 0.082) and the nucleotide diversity index (π) was 0.00236. The differentiation coefficient (Gst) was 0.35476, and the inter-population gene flow (Nm) was 0.45. Conclusion: The genetic diversity of wild Bupleurum germplasm resources in Beijing is high, but the genetic diversity of Bupleurum is low in some areas. It is urgent to strengthen the scientific protection and quality evaluation of the wild Bupleurum resources.
