国内球墨铸铁中镁的分析,基本上采用三乙醇胺-氢氧化钠分离干扰元素,EDTA滴定的方法。由于球墨铸铁的应用日益广泛,相应要求化学分析的试样数量增多,因此上述方法在分析时间上就不相适应。我们研究用铜试剂分离干扰元素,铬黑T显色的快速分析法,可使分析时间大为缩短,而且避免使用剧毒试剂氰化钾。方法也适用于电子管用镍、白铜、锰白铜等试样中镁的分析。在铬蓝黑R、酸性铬蓝K、甲基麝香草酚蓝、镁试剂、铬变酸2R、铬黑T等试剂的比较试验中,
Analysis of magnesium in domestic ductile iron, basically using triethanolamine - sodium hydroxide separation interference elements, EDTA titration method. Due to the increasing use of ductile iron, the number of samples required for chemical analysis increases accordingly, and therefore the above methods do not adapt to the analysis time. We studied the rapid separation of interfering elements with chromium reagents and the development of chromium black T, which greatly reduced the analysis time and avoided the use of the highly toxic reagent potassium cyanide. The method is also applicable to the analysis of magnesium in the samples of nickel, white copper and manganese white copper used for electron tubes. In the comparative experiments of reagents such as Chrome Blue Black R, Acid Chrome Blue K, Methyl Thymol Blue, Magnesium Reagent, Chromium Sour Acid 2R, Chrome Black T and the like,
