A total of 81 cases were treated in our department in 1999, of which 31 were severe and critically ill. The clinical experience is summarized as follows: 1 Clinical data and methods 1.1 General information The group of 31 patients with HFRS were issued in 1987 by the Ministry of Health “epidemic Hemorrhagic fever prevention and control program ”for the diagnosis, according to type
