[目的]建立一种利用超高效液相色谱-串联质谱仪检测菠菜中霜霉威残留量的分析方法。研究比较霜霉威在露地和保护地菠菜2种栽培模式下的残留量情况。[方法]按照农药登记残留田间试验标准操作规程,研究了722 g/L霜霉威盐酸盐水剂按推荐剂量1299.6 g a.i./hm~2和1.5倍推荐剂量1949.4 g a.i./hm~2施药,设3次和4次施药,施药间隔期为7 d,距离末次施药5、7、10、14 d采样测定。[结果]霜霉威在露地残留量为0.64~8.47 mg/kg,在保护地的残留量为3.7~33.7 mg/kg。[结论]我国暂未制定霜霉威在菠菜中的最大残留限量(MRL),参照CAC、欧盟、日本规定霜霉威在菠菜上的MRL值为40 mg/kg。建议其在露地和保护地的安全间隔期均在5 d以上,但是保护地残留量明显高于露地,因此更需要严格监控霜霉威在保护地的农药残留情况,指导农民合理用药,严格遵守采收安全间隔期(PHI)。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish an analytical method for the determination of propamocarb residues in spinach by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry. The study compared the residues of propamocarb in the two cultivation modes of open-field and protected-field spinach. [Method] The 722 g / L propamocarb hydrochloride hydrochloride was applied at the recommended dosage of 1299.6 g ai / hm ~ 2 and the recommended dosage of 1949.4 g ai / hm ~ 2 in accordance with the standard operating procedures of pesticide registration residue field test. [Conclusion] The maximum residue limit (MRL) of propamocarb in spinach was not yet established in our country. The MRL value of propamocarb in spinach was 40 mg / kg according to CAC, EU and Japan. It is suggested that the safety interval between the open field and the protected area should be above 5 days, but the residual amount of the protected area is obviously higher than that of the open field. Therefore, it is even more necessary to strictly monitor the residues of the pesticides in the protected area, and guide the farmers to use the drugs rationally Harvest safety interval (PHI).
