Superoxide dismutase (SOD) is a metalloproteinase, but also the body is very important oxygen free radical scavenger, for the protection of cells from toxic oxygen free radical damage plays an important role. Experiments show that reperfusion injury is closely related to the generation and elimination of oxygen free radicals. This paper observed 32 patients with acute cerebral infarction in patients with plasma SOD levels, the results reported below; Materials and Methods Cerebral infarction
