企业经营战略的制定和完善,是加强企业内部管理的重要环节。它可以使企业有明确的发展方向和目标,克服短期行为;可以统一职工的思想和行动,调动其积极性;可以考虑企业的内外条件,实现宏观、中观和微观经济的有机结合。目前我国大中型企业的经营战略重点主要是产品发展多样化,生产组织专业化,管理整体优化。需要解决的问题是:国家要给企业创造一个良好的外部环境,企业则应培育完善内部条件,提高企业经营者的素质,制定和执行经营战略要有科学的方法。
The establishment and improvement of business strategy is an important part of strengthening internal management. It can enable enterprises to have clear development directions and goals and overcome short-term behavior; they can unify employees’ thoughts and actions and mobilize their enthusiasm; they can consider the internal and external conditions of enterprises and realize the organic integration of macroeconomic, medium-term and microeconomic. At present, the management strategies of large and medium-sized enterprises in China mainly focus on the diversification of product development, the professionalization of production organizations, and the overall optimization of management. The problem that needs to be solved is: The state must create a good external environment for the enterprise, and the enterprise should cultivate and improve the internal conditions, improve the quality of the enterprise operator, and have a scientific method for formulating and implementing the business strategy.
