当前,随着政治、经济、社会的不断变化和发展,人民内部矛盾发生了许多新变化,呈现出许多新特点,有些矛盾复杂性加大、对抗性趋强、危害性加剧,涉及法律问题增多。要解决这些矛盾,从根本上来说,还是要靠法治,靠法律手段来进行调节。一、运用法律手段处理人民内部矛盾,是新形势新任务的客观要求党的十五大确定了依法治国的基本方略,就是要依照宪法和法律规定来管理国家事务,管理经济文化事业,管理社会事务,保证国家各项工作都依法进行。依法管理的事务中,当然也包括各类人民内部矛盾。人民内部矛盾是人民群众在社会、经济、文化生活中产生的经济利益上、思想上、道德标准上的差异和对立,运
