在全球经济日趋一体化、顾客需求趋于多样化、市场竞争白热化的今天,企业应该意识到,仅仅是善于利用自身资源,不懂得结合供应链上其他企业的外部力量就难以形成有效的竞争优势,更难以与竞争对手相抗衡。因此,为了能够最大限度地为企业赢取竞争优势,供应链上的各企业就需要有效管理同其他组织间的关系。本文在分析供应链企业组织间关系的内涵和关系类型的基础上,进而提出了改善供应链组织间关系的措施。
As the global economy becomes more and more integrated, customer demand tends to be diversified and market competition is intense, enterprises should realize that it is difficult to form an effective competitive advantage by merely using their own resources and ignoring the external forces of other enterprises in the supply chain , More difficult to compete with competitors. Therefore, in order to maximize the competitive advantage for the enterprise, the supply chain enterprises need to effectively manage the relationship with other organizations. Based on the analysis of the connotation and relationship types of the relationship among the supply chain enterprises, this paper puts forward some measures to improve the relationship among the supply chain organizations.
