本文阐述了白云鄂博共生铁矿石的矿物组成、稀土矿物嵌布特征以及优先浮选稀土工艺,同时对浮选过程的规律性作了描述。试验结果表明,采用H_(204)+AM作捕收剂、水玻璃作抑制剂和1号起泡剂组合的药剂制度,在矿浆pH9、温度为30—35℃的条件下,稀土矿物与非目的矿物可以得到较好的分离,从原矿直接优先浮选稀土可获得含RE060·13%、回收率61.82%的稀土精矿。
