双孢菇（Ａｇａｒｉｃｕｓｂｉｓｐｏｒｕｓｓｉｎｇ）栽培集中于长江以南地区，且以专用菇房为栽培场所．作者对北方地区，在小弓棚内栽培双孢菇技术进行了系统研究，本文讨论了适宜推广的优良菌种，培养料配方以及堆料技术，使双孢菇单产最高达到１３．３６５ｋｇ／ｍ２，首次证实了长江以北地区在简易小弓棚内栽培双孢菇是可行的，为秸杆利用开避了一条新途径 Agaricus bisporus cultivation concentrated in the south of the Yangtze River, and special mushroom house for cultivation. In this paper, we systematically studied the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus in the northern part of Xiao Ko. In this paper, we discussed the suitable strains, culture materials and stockpiles to promote the highest yield of Agaricus bisporus to 13.365kg / m2. It is feasible to cultivate Agaricus bisporus in the simple sowing shed in the north of the country, thus avoiding a new way for straw utilization
