本文阐述企业内部奖励与罚款的原则、方法和作用。指出奖罚顺应生物界的本能,触及的不独是经济杠杆,必须有据。企业内部奖罚应从和谐出发,尊重人格。奖罚的方法可以不拘一格;在重大不合格面前,“割发代首”有着“伟大的政治意义”。很多场合下,鞭打头羊比人人有责更有效;“连坐”和“乱打板子”之术最好少用。众所周知奖比罚更有效,但操作起来奖比罚要难得多。用褒奖少数榜样激励出见贤思齐,就是老板和企业的成功。
This article describes the principles, methods and roles of rewards and fines within an enterprise. Pointing out that the reward and punishment conform to the instinct of the biological world is not only an economic lever but also a source of evidence. Internal reward and punishment should start from harmony, respect for personality. The methods of rewards and punishments can be eclectic; in the face of major unqualified issues, “cutting generation” has “great political significance.” On many occasions, whipping head sheep is more effective than everyone’s responsibility; “even sitting ” and “chaos playing board ” technique is best to use less. As we all know, awards are more effective than punishments, but it is much harder to operate than awards. Inspired by a small number of examples praising the good thinking, is the success of the boss and business.
