随着我国经济的快速发展,为了顺应时代的进步,国内经济模式也需进行转变,进而需要国家经济发展决定因素的变化。对于国家而言,经济发展方式转变是关系着可持续发展的重要战略,而政府管理的机制不协调是阻碍经济方式转型的主要因素。因此,经济发展方式转变是管理转型的根本需求,需要经济发展方式转型、政府管理转型的双重配合,共同促进经济更好的发展。本文主要阐述经济发展“方式”、“管理”转型的重要性,并分析实现两者协调配套转型的主要措施。
With the rapid economic development in our country, in order to comply with the progress of the times, the domestic economic model needs to be changed, which in turn will require changes in the determinants of the country’s economic development. For the country, the transformation of the mode of economic development is an important strategy that relates to sustainable development. The uncoordinated mechanism of government management is the main factor impeding the economic transformation. Therefore, the transformation of the mode of economic development is the fundamental demand for the management of the transition. It requires the dual cooperation of the transformation of the mode of economic development and the transformation of the government administration so as to jointly promote the better development of the economy. This article mainly expounds the importance of economic development “mode ” and “management ” transformation, and analyzes the major measures to achieve the coordinated transformation between the two.
