鼠疫感染分布全球,其特点是突然发热及局部淋巴结炎。鼠疫菌 F1抗原位于细菌荚膜封套,是一种蛋白质且具有抗吞噬细胞的性质。抗该抗原的抗体效价已广泛用于鼠疫血清学诊断以及预防接种后作为一种免疫性测量。本研究中的血清来自入院时及出院前的腺鼠疫或疑似腺鼠疫患者。叙述了抗 F1抗原被动血凝抗体反应的动力学和有助于诊断的血清学检查。
Plague infections are distributed throughout the world and are characterized by sudden fever and local lymphadenitis. Yersinia pestis F1 antigen is located in the bacterial capsular envelope and is a protein that is anti-phagocytic in nature. The antibody titers against this antigen have been widely used as a measure of immunity for serological diagnosis of plague and for immunization after vaccination. Serum from this study came from patients who were admitted to hospital or discharged from the bubonic glands or suspected bubonic plague. Describes the kinetics of the reaction of the anti-F1 antigen passive haemagglutination antibody and serological tests that contribute to the diagnosis.
