北京电业管理局基本建设公司第二工程处承担著唐山发电厂二期工程。这个处在党的领导下开工前准备工作作得比较充分,在施土管理中羣众发动得好,各种管理办法在班组中贯彻得很认真。我们认为有以下几个经验值得其他施工现场学习。1.结合机具制造,大搞徒工培训工作这个处是以124名技工为骨干,补充部分徒工和管理人员,新组成的一支施工力量。唐山工程有高温高压的二机三炉,要求有一台机组今年发电。工程处要完成这样大的工程任务,首先必须解决两个问题:一是施工力量要作大的补充,二是充实施
The second engineering department of the Beijing Electric Power Construction Corporation’s Capital Construction Company assumed the second phase of the Tangshan Power Plant. This preparatory work was done well under the leadership of the party. The masses started well in the management of the land and various management methods were implemented very seriously in the team. We believe that the following experiences are worth learning at other construction sites. 1. Combining machine tool manufacturing and large-scale training of apprentices This section is based on the work of 124 technicians, supplementing part of the apprentices and managers, and a new construction force. The Tangshan Project has two high-temperature and high-pressure three-burners and requires one unit to generate electricity this year. To complete such a large-scale engineering task, the Agency must first solve two problems: First, the construction force must make major additions; second, it must be implemented.
