本文对216例心肌梗死病人的心电图进行了统计分析。包括一般心电图资料、梗死定位诊断、并发心律失常以及不同年龄、性别病人进行了分析。结果显示广泛后壁心肌梗死、广泛前壁心肌梗死,60岁～69岁男性病人发病率最高。ST段抬高和Q波出现的典型急性心肌梗死在临床上不足50%,约一半的心电图表现不典型,正确认识和诊断是非常重要的。
In this paper, 216 cases of myocardial infarction patients ECG analysis. Including general ECG data, infarction diagnosis, arrhythmia and different age and gender were analyzed. The results showed extensive posterior myocardial infarction, extensive anterior myocardial infarction, the highest incidence of male patients aged 60 to 69 years. A typical acute myocardial infarction with ST-segment elevation and Q-waves is clinically less than 50%. About half of the patients have atypical ECG findings. Correct understanding and diagnosis are very important.
