分析年龄及病情配对的29例窦性心律及20例房颤患者的肝静脉超声血流图(HVF)发现;无论是否有三尖辦闭锁不全(Tr),房颤患者的HVF均异于窦性心律者,表现为正常的收缩期前向波(S)减少或消失,甚或出现收缩期逆向波(—S),收缩期血流波与舒张期血流波比(S/D)明显降低。逐搏分析房颤患者的R—R间期及其后的S波面积发现两者呈负相关(r=-0.60±0.19),而R—R间期与Tr的返流射流面积呈正相关(r=0.54±0.17)。证明房颤时异常的HVF不直接反映Tr的程度,而是房颤时心房缺乏有效的舒缩活动、导致血流动力学改变的结果。指出房颤患者利用
