针对集装箱船同贝同步装卸的堆垛协同作业,设计了舱位内堆垛协同策略和舱位间堆垛协同策略来完成指定贝位内集装箱的同步装卸工作;建立了基于岸桥与集卡作业成本最小化的数学模型,并采用序列编码的双层单亲遗传算法进行优化,算法第一层用于求解船舶某个贝位中任一舱位内甲板下方堆垛的同步装卸最优顺序,第二层用于搜索该贝位全部舱位中甲板上堆垛的最优顺序.通过对不同规模的试验船舶进行算例分析,验证了在同步装卸技术下,证明了面向集装箱船同贝同步装卸的堆垛协同作业方法的可行性和高效性.
Aiming at the palletizing operation of container ships with synchronous loading and unloading, the palletizing strategy of palletizing and the palletizing strategy of pallets are designed to accomplish the synchronous loading and unloading of the containers in the bay.
