以沙枣种子为研究对象,在不同温度梯度培养箱中和20℃恒温条件下进行不同浓度赤霉素处理,研究各种处理对沙枣种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数三个萌发指数的影响,以期找到沙枣最适萌发条件。结果表明:在20℃恒温黑暗条件下,随着赤霉素浓度的升高,沙枣种子的发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数均呈先升高后降低的趋势,其中浓度为200mg/L时均出现峰值,分别高达57.71%、87.17%和39.77。浓度为400mg/L和500mg/L时,发芽势、发芽率和发芽指数接近对照值。对于沙枣而言,赤霉素溶液的最适萌发浓度范围为100mg/L-300mg/L。此外,本研究设置的三个温度处理,对于沙枣的发芽势和发芽指数在P<0.05水平上均没有显著影响。但是统计发芽率的结果显示在15℃温度处理条件下,沙枣种子的发芽率在P<0.05水平上均显著高于其他两个温度。从而得到结论:沙枣最佳萌发温度为15℃。
