目的对食品中汞元素的含量进行测定。方法分别采用两种不同的前处理方法提取食品中的汞,采用AFS-8330双道原子荧光光度计进行比较。结果线性回归方程为Y=154.4X+15.76,R2=0.9994。本方法的检出限为0.015ng/mL,在1.0、4.0、8.0ng/mL三个加标水平下,采用改良之前的方法做加标回收率实验,平均回收率为85%,相对标准偏差为0.6%~1.6%,采用改良之后的方法做加标回收率实验,平均回收率为94%,相对标准偏差为0.9%~1.3%。结论改进后的前处理方法提取样品时,精密度高、准确度好,能满足食品中汞元素的定性定量分析。
Objective To determine the content of mercury in food. Methods Two different pretreatment methods were used to extract mercury from foodstuffs respectively. AFS-8330 dual-channel atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer was used for comparison. Results The linear regression equation was Y = 154.4X + 15.76, R2 = 0.9994. The detection limit of this method was 0.015 ng / mL. The spiked recoveries were obtained at the three spiked levels of 1.0, 4.0 and 8.0 ng / mL using the improved method. The average recovery was 85%. The relative standard deviation Of 0.6% ~ 1.6%. The improved method was used to do the spike recovery experiment with the average recovery of 94% and the relative standard deviation of 0.9% -1.3%. Conclusion The improved pretreatment method has high precision and good accuracy when extracting samples, which can meet the qualitative and quantitative analysis of mercury in food.
